Hi gang,

Has anyone got a solution to a charcoal liquid soap leaving soap scum on the inside of glass containers? I really want to use clear Boston round glass for my charcoal liquid soap because it looks rad as hell, but it looks a lot less rad when the bottle is half full and the inside of the glass is all crudded up. Let me know if anyone has an additive that would solve this! Thanks so much!

It's leaving a scum because charcoal is a particulate material. It is going to settle out in the bottom of the container and will also collect on the thin film of thickened soap that is adhering to the exposed inner surface of the container. There's no "additive" that can solve this fact of nature.
