These "spots" appeared a few days after the soap was unmolded. It is a clear MP w BB fragrance and colors - nothing fancy. I am able to wash off w water and let dry. Just wondering what may have caused it?

Looks like Glycerin Dew - It is caused by humidity.
It doesn't harm your soap, just makes it ugly.
MP soap should be wrapped in saran or shrink wrap within a day or two of unmolding.
Sometimes I can put off wrapping it the weather is dry. But when its humid glycerin dew gets on some MP bases more than others.

Thank you @FFLinOhio for that answer! It is most likely what happened, as we have had temps in the 80s - 90s (up until 3 days ago!!). I knew I should have wrapped those soaps, just got busy with other soaps (you should see my dining room table, hah!) for Christmas. Now I know better. Thank you again.
