As a longtime lover of Lush's bubble bars, I have been trying out a recipe to make my own. I've been having trouble shaping the bars so that they look nice. I've tried rolling into balls, etc. I've also tried rolling them out and then rolling them up into a swirl like Lush, but the bath "dough" crumbles and isn't flexible enough. I don't want to use a typical mold, but want something that looks more unique. Has anyone ever tried using cookie cutters to cut out the bubble bars into shapes? Any suggestions would be great!

Depending on your recipe, the bars vary on how much they can be handled. I have used cookie cutters and they work well. you can always pack your mixture into cool shaped cupcake molds. HTH

I used my little silicone chocolate molds. The bars turned out great. A little too dense perhaps but I enjoyed holding the hear under the rushing and watch the bubble surround me.
