Body Butter Fragrance?

I am making some body butter with the three butters Mango, Shea and Cocoa, I want to add some arrow root to get rid of some of the greasy feeling it leaves behind. I also want to add some Lavender essential oil to go with the lavender soap that I have for a prize at our family reunion. How much essential oil do I add ppo? How much of the arrow root do I add? TYIA!
