I've not used this from EOU.

It's REALLY red. Is it going to brown my soap?

TIA

I soaped it and just in case it was going to turn it brown, I added cinnamon so that it would be brown.

If anyone has used this and it doesn't turn soap brown, I'd love to know.

I love the smell of this particular version from EOU, btw. Very smooth and nice.

I use it, great to have cedar wood in a mix, but the bar has its own solid colorant; no interference.

I also like to use cedar wood oil on wooden flutes. :D

If you use EO's you should check them out. Some prices are great . . .

Update: Soap is 4 days old now and it is quite PURPLE!

I used cinnamon as a brown colorant, thinking the cedarwood would go toward the brown side. But, it seems to be a dark brown / purple color. We'll see how it continues to go.
