BBW Pump Lotion Bottles

I am trying to find a source for the cobalt blue (or clear, or amber) glass pump lotion bottles that Bath and Body Works uses for their 6.5 oz body lotion. Its sort of flat, and his little ribs on the side. I have found plenty of sources for the boston rounds, and different shaped ones in PET plastic, but I really love this bottle and would like to use it to bottle my lotions for gift bags.
Anybody....???
