adding powdered milk to soap

How do you add your powder? I added it to my coconut milk and stirred and stirred to make up a higher milk content but I still have a few tiny flecks in the soap!! DO you add it to hot water first?

incorporate it with a small amount of the soap batter first then return it to the rest. Do you use a stick blender?

I dissolve the milk powder into some water and add at light trace or I mix it into the oils before adding lye water (I still dissolve in water before adding to oils).

yes I use a stick blender but I simply stirred it into the coconut milk as it wasn't enough to use the blender really...but when you add it to the water is it cold or hot? I just saw a video of a woman who adds everything to her oils and blends it up before adding the lye water!!! I think I may try that on one of my batches!
