I seem to love discoloring FO so I have been experimenting with embrace the brown. For the soap below I used this FO https://www.naturesfragrance.com/let-them-eat-cake-type-fragrance-oil/. It smells so good so I decided to try a hidden teardrop using the brown. These are my results after the soap was made, after the cut, a couple of days in and a week later. I am liking the results so far.

That's a lovely brown color you got there! ;) and well done on the teardrop! I've been too intimidated to try that one..

That teardrop is perfect.

One of the first soaps I made was with BB's Chocolate Espresso which discolors to a dark brown; the whip cream top is unscented with some TD. I've also used RE's Pumpkin Pic Spice with a lightly scented orange swirl and Sweet Potato & Brown Sugar GMS.

Many of my best selling fo's are discoloring so I learned a long time ago to just embrace the brown. Many of the bright neons work very well with the dark discoloring fo's such as greens, teals, purples reds and bright oranges.
Yes, I have used blues and greens too (love me some brown FO LOL) but I wanted to see if I could get this to work flying blind since the batter was all the same color when working with it.

I forgot to mention it looks really good. Many times I just pour off plain batter and use the un-fragranced for color contrast. Many times the fragranced will bleed a little but not entirely take over the un-fragranced portion.
