    Aussie Soapers - NICNAS Registration

I read about it on the Aussie Soap Supplies website first. Aussie Soapers - NICNAS Registration

There didn't seem to any 'approval' process at all just a matter of reading the website and labeling correctly, it's the same as the ACCC regulations on soap labeling pretty much.

So soapers- does your significant other support yr soaping?

I was like you when I started. I mixed the lye and water outside with long sleeves and a full face protective mask etc. Now I treat lye with respect but I don't bother with all the protective stuff anymore. Vinegar always on hand to neutralize the odd splash and I know I probably should wear...

    All you Aussie Soapers :)

I use it and it doesn't effect the out come of the soap that I can see. I declare it in the ingredients list just so that people are aware though. I will be contacting the manufacture and getting an estimate on the amount that they are adding.
