Hello! I think this "film" you see there is caused by spraying a lot of alcohol. It will not go away until you start using the soap. Water will take off all of the filming I'm afraid, there is nothing to be done earlier than that.

Someone told me that I can make CP soap which will be ready after 24 hours. She says that when I complete my recipe I have to put the soap in the oven in low temperature for 2 hours. Then wait for 24 hours and the next day my soap will be absolutely perfect without waiting 4-6 weeks. Is this...

Thanks! I was afraid to use the juice, I thought it might explode :smile: . So I used just the zest and added a few drops of citrus essential oil. It smells just like fresh lemon, maybe a little more than what I was expecting.

I'm soooooooo happy to present you my first lemon soap! I used coconut oil, sweet almond oil, olive oil and lemons from our garden.
