What's up at NDA?

Hey all, I need some guidance from the pros. Sorry in advance if this is the wrong forum for this! I am getting ready to make a big batch of soap for the holidays and have been using New Directions Aromatics almost exclusively for Mango Butter, Babassu Oil, and Fair Trade Shea Butter. Unfortunately, I placed my last order 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped out. Annoying, but no problem, I want to switch something out in my order anyway so I try to call, I try to email, I try the website. Nothing. No help at all, no update on the order, no answer to calls, no answer to emails. Are they still in business? Is anyone else having this trouble? Can you all point me to another supplier of organic and fair trade oils and butters? I just want to make some soap! Thanks!

Can’t respond about NDA but I do like Buy Bulk - Wholesale Bulk Supplier Of Natural Ingredients | Jedwards International they are in MA so shipping is better than some on the west coast ( im also in NH)

Give them a chance. I've been seeing on FB that they may have been working on their order system and it looks like they're getting things back up and running.
