Tallow-Smaller Amounts??

I am still toying around the idea of using tallow but all I'm finding are very large amounts.
I have the storage space for it but really don't want to commit to that large of a quantity and then hate the stuff, kwim?

Anyone know of an online retailer that has it for sale in smaller quantities?

I don't really want to render my own.

Well maybe it's worth it just to render a little bit just for one batch...? Then, if you love it (and you will, just keep in mind that what you buy will smell less like beef in all likelihood) you can buy more. That's my only advice, as I don't know of any supplier that sells little bits. Actually, maybe you could approach another soapmaker and buy a small amount... I would sell you some of mine but I'm in the UK! Besides, mine does smell a bit beefy...

I did too. I bought it from this lady -- here is 1 lb. and if you look at her
store, the weights go up.
