I would like to use my powdered sodium lactate in my cp to harden my bars a bit.
Do I have to reconstitute it with water or can I just add some at trace or another time in the process? With my lye water?
And how much would I use per pound? A tsp?
My hardness numbers on Soapcalc hover between 41 - 44 and I'd like to make them last a bit longer in the shower. I do give them a minimum 6 week cure.
