I hope to wholesale felted M&P. One setback I've had is that after a while, lather doesn't come easily through the felt. (I assume this is because some moisture is lost because of the felt?) Anyway, I put a small amount of liquid hand soap into the melt with the scent with VERY good results. Tons of lather. The moisturizer in the hand soap seems to minimize the dryness I can feel in my M&P (Crafter's Choice 3 Butter). Perfect... for me. The question is: can anyone think of a reason, legal, practical, otherwise, why I shouldn't do this for the soap I hope to wholesale? (I'll include the ingredients of the hand soap on the label.)

I cannot think of a reason you could not do this. One thing I would do is wait a month or 2 to see if anything happens to the soap with the hand soap in it, as it sits felted.
