Expired Castor Oil & Canned Goat's Milk

Hello,

I have some castor oil and canned goat's milk which have gone past their expiration date. I wonder if I could still use them to make soaps? Please let me know.

When we're looking at oils the expiry date is usually moved back by the supplier if the oil tests to be okay. If the Castor doesn't smell bad then I would go ahead and use it. There is no mistaking the smell of rancid oils..... As for the GM I wouldn't use it if it is past the expiry date.

rancid oils go into laundry soap for me. id just throw the GM out though.
