Coloring Jojoba Beads

I want to start using Jojoba Beads on the tops of some bars, mostly for decoration. I am trying to work out how to get the most variety of use for the price and decide if it's more cost-efficient to buy one big bag or several small ones.

I was thinking I could, theoretically, toss them in a bag with some mica to make colors to match my soaps. I know it wouldn't work for scrubs and things because the mica would just come off when it's mixed in, but would this work as a top sprinkle?

If it were me, I would just purchase several small bags of colored jojoba beads. IMO, with jojoba beads, a little goes a long way.
