I am a manufacturer.
According to the city and county who issued my license, since I make everything from scratch, I am a manufacturer.
According to my sales permit, I am a retailer.
So it just depends.
But I am EVERYTHING for my business, so it doesnt matter lol

I am a manufacturer. Since manufacturers have to sell their product then under my license I am allowed to sell retail & wholesale....
