Big bummer! Hope you feel better soon! I was sick the other day and decided to try a Yarrow infusion that I had steeping in the cupboard. I felt awful the rest of the evening. But the next morning I felt considerably better! I wonder if that was a fluke. I read that its good for allergies too. I just dried it partially hand cut it into smaller-ish pieces and had it steeping in 100 proof vodka. Then add like 1/4 to 1/2tsp to my hot ginger tea with local raw honey. I couldn't even taste the yarrow.
