Ungelled and Zap?

I did a second GM soap and had that liquid seep out issue, now when I test the inside of a bar to double check as it cured for any zap I get a delayed tingle about 10 seconds or so after testing. Is this an indication it is still lye heavy even though I don't get the instant jolt? Boy will I be sad!
ETA: Its almost 3 weeks old

My ungelled soaps have zapped, up to 3 days later. I have not had ungelled soap that zapped 3 weeks later. I would rebatch.

I'm never positive about the "delayed" tingle. But it makes me anxious enough that I don't use it as such.

did you try washing your hands with it? was it harsh and over-drying? just curious.

yes I've washed my hands with it and its lovely, nice and softening no burning or harshness. I don't think its drying but I had been working cleaning for businesses so my hands get battered by cleaning agents at other times.
