Trying to understand the lingo

Hi everyone, I’m very new to soapmaking, having only about 10 loaves under my belt. I’ve heard the term “seizing” a few times and was wondering what this meant?
Also, on my lye calculator app, it has some initials for things i dont know and i was hoping maybe someone on here could help with that. They are “INS.”
Ive been struggling to find a resource online for substitutions. I was adding some oils in a recipe and realized i had left out of my coconut oil but had none. I didnt have any babassu either so i wasnt sure how to proceed. Thanks for your time and any helpful advice!

Seizing is when the soap suddenly saponifies and goes rock hard on your SB or in your mixing bucket.
