Test Strips

I have a friend that lives down in the US (I am in Canada) and I'm going to be making her a few products. I was wondering if I could dip some test strip into my essential oils and send them down in an envelope so that she could give them a whiff and see which one/ones she likes. Would the smell hold up enough? would being little test strips have them blending their scent together? Should it make it all the way down there, could she hold onto the strips for a few weeks, a few months? Basically, is there any way to do this that would work out well?

Use a q tip and put each in a separate ziploc for each one so the scents don't blend. They should last for awhile.
