sugar body scrub

hi, i want to make a sugar body scrub using milk, now would i have to use some kind of preservative so that it doesn't go bad? and if so what kind of preservative would be best to use. thanks

You could try blending in powdered milk in with your oils, but I personally wouldn't recommend a milk scrub. And liquid milk would dissolve your sugar or salt.

As far as a preservative goes, you can safely use liquid germall plus in a scrub which is a fairly common preservative.
