Yep, I'm with JCandle. It looks like you used a discoloring FO. IT will start to darken on the outside and slowly work its way in through the bar. Takes a while to discolor the bar all the way through. It's nothing to worry about at all (unless you weren't planning a brown bar, then it seems disappointing but browning scents can be excellent!)
 
Yep - that's all it is. The fo is darkening the soap from the outside (where there's air) to the inside. It may take months for the discoloration to reach all the way through - but once all the edges are exposed to air, they will all turn the same brown. It's not a bad thing :)
 
Yep it's vanilla darkening. Usually with partial gel, the inside of the circle is darker than the outside.
