Hi!

I'm interested in making ball shape soap for my 2nd batch. Is there any way to do this in HP without burning my hands  or do i let it harden and then grate it and make balls that way?

Also, any good lemon or orange scent recommendations? i thought i read they were unstable....and so many of the fragrances i like say only CP suitable... :(

TIA!!
:)

soap bubble, any frag you use for cp you can use for hp, who is saying that? I make soapballs with the scraped bowl of my crock, but i wear gloves and sometimes still warm.

not sure why it says not ok for hp, try www.peakcandle.com they have a deal where you can but 10 1 oz bottles for 20$ love their scents. I like ng ok, but some scents not very strong. If you but from peak, i will tell you which ones ive tried. you can pm me anytime.

If you can use them in MP, you won't have any problems with HP. Just make sure the soap batter cools below the flashpoint of the oil, and you should be fine. :)

Thanks Honor and Mike!

I will definitely watch for the flashpoint temp. Good that i have a candy thermometer i don't use. Honor, thanks for the recommendation. I will give Peak a try!!
