I’ve made liquid soap before, and it’s been a nice consistency, this time it’s so watery, turns out the castille soap I bought was watered down more than in previous batches.
I’ve used castille soap, fractionated coconut oil and a little pink grapefruit essential oil, and some water. Same quantities I’ve always used. But as mentioned the soap came watered down more than normal and I hadn’t noticed.
I’ve tried salt solution but it separates the mix into a very liquid part and a white frothy part. I’ve tried various amounts and it never thickens it.
I don’t want to throw out such a huge batch. Help.
