I dont like working with measuring stuff when I cook, I do it all by eye/taste... It came out a little looser than Id like so in the future Im going to add more flour and maybe some corn starch? if not cornstarch def more flour...

I used chicken breast, peas, carrots, celery, onions, green onions, lots of dill, salt/pepper, 3 bay leaves, butter, chicken stock and some other odds and ends and mmmmmmmmmmm did that ever taste just as I had imagined it would... mmm mmmmmmmmmmm good! :)

pleased with myself :)

actually that is true ! I did not make the pastry lol

so technically its not from scratch, the pastry is one thing Im going to need to learn though, this attempt was more about the filling than the pastry :)

Hey Ian if you have a food processor pastry is dead easy.Chuck in flour,butter,give it a wizz then add yr milk/egg/water woteva blast again & voila! Pastry! :wink:
btw, whats a chicken pot pie?
