So… I took a couple bars off the shelf today to check them and noticed some (not all) looked like they went through gel and "stuck" there, and so they have darker middles than others do. Is this ok? Should I just rebatch or keep them?

it's partial gel and it's fine to use, it just looks weird! I like the look sometimes.

Yeah, partial gel. Just looks a bit odd, but not harmful in any way.

Just call them power circles. No need to rebatch.
