Melt & Pour using Zinc oxide soap base

I received a zinc oxide soap base as a gift and have never made a melt and pour soap using this base before, can anyone please give some suggestions on how to use this please....

Is it a M&P base or a regular soap base? Zinc oxide is used in diaper rash ointment and should be soothing to the skin. If it is M&P, I would think that you can just melt it and add colorants and fragrance, just like regular M&P.

It's a M&P zinc oxide soap base

Any recommendations for which fragrance oil will be best suited for zinc oxide

I am thinking maybe cucumber, green tea, bamboo or mint.
