Without knowing more about the kind of soap you make, we would just be guessing. Help us out with more information!

What is your recipe -- all ingredients in weights, please.

As DeeAnna said, we would need more info, such as:

full recipe in weights (including lye solution rate), is your soap fully cured before using, are you using oils that are very soluble(full recipe will answer that), are you drying out the bars in between use, or is it sitting in a non-drainable dish that will accelerate the rate it dissolves. Once we get that information, we would be able to help you out. As it is, we just don't know how to answer your question...

How to make my handmade soaps long lasting
1) The longer the cure, the longer the soap lasts, 4-6 weeks minimum for most bars. By the time you use up the first bar, your second bar will last longer because it has cured longer.

2) KEEP SOAP HIGH & DRY. Bars need to be kept on a soap-saver type dish, to dry between uses and so it doesn't sit in a puddle in the shower or tub bar holder.

Good suggestion for CP, but it was pointed out to me this is in the M&P section. Not sure which method the OP is using.

Yes, this is also true for M&P.

Hopefully the OP will come back and give us some info so we can be more helpful to them. :)
