Hi All,was wondering if anyone has used jewelweed hydrosols in place of the regular water in the lye/water mix in Jewelweed CP soap? Thanks in advance

I would infuse jewelweed in apple cider vinegar and sell it as a spray. When I lived in downstate Pa. I would occasionally run into poison ivy while I was using the weed whacker and nothing calmed the itch better than vinegar. You could also probably use witch hazel in place of the vinegar but I have never tried witch hazel. Both should last a year or more.

Thanks for the input, may use it in spray form, just need to figure out a recipe, the apple cider vinegar sounds good, would like to add ingredients that would also give it a pleasant smell.Any tips are greatly appreciated.Regards
