Is there an organic palm free melt and pour base out there?

Although I do CP soap now, I started out doing melt and pour and would like to continue my tradition of making some M&P soaps. I'd also like for it to be organic and palm free, but I haven't really had success finding that option and I'm wondering if there is a key reason it doesn't exist or if someone knows an actual source? (So by organic I'd also expect that it doesn't have propylene glycol, surfactants etc).
