It's probably been mentioned on the forums before but I'm posting it again because it might have been forgotten. My computer's been chronically plagued by MS dogmatic updates and had to be factory reset many times so I've lost/scrambled a lot of my collected information.

That AC thing is concerning - especially when considering mica use as well, since it stays airborne for so long. Since we breathe in particles all the time from other sources it might be wise to use a respirator when soaping. You just never know how much you're breathing; its cumulative over a life time; and once it's there it's permanent.

I read that article as well. And I made soap today with AC; for the first time, I used a medical mask.
