Forgive me if this topic has come up in the past, but I would like some labeling advice. My soaps are made chiefly with all natural ingredients. Olive oil, coconut oil, water, lye. After the cook (I am a HP soapmaker), I add fragrance and color. My fragrances are a mixture of EO and FO, depending on the kind of soap I am making. My colorants are all FDA safe, cosmetic-grade. So, though my soaps are not 100% natural, they are far healthier than a supermarket detergent alternative. For those of you who do not scent and color your soaps using all natural ingredients, how do you present your soaps? I've seen the term "99% Natural." Any others?

Nearly natural is used a lot. 98% is probably what I would use. You can use the words naturalS w/o any fallout from the FDA as they have no standars to make that claim.

There is a rescent thread floating around here about this.
