Help with EO blend , frankincense & Ylang Ylang???

I want to use a mix of frankincense EO and Ylang Ylang Eo in my next 3 lb batch of soap. I haven't done many batches with added EO so I don't know how much to add? And how do those EO's behave in CP?

Any suggestions?

I used both in a blend recently with a bunch of other stuff.

To my nose, ylang can really take over a blend so I use it sparingly. It can also make your soap accelerate. Frankincense hasn't been troublesome for me.

I'd start with 3 or 4 frankincense to 1 ylang and see how you like it. You can use drops on q tips or a cotton ball.

Thanks, I made the soap today and the ylang did over power the other EO's used, oh well. I didn't have any accelerating, if anything it made it take longer to get to trace after adding the EO. Next time I will add less ylang. Next time i want to try Ylang with bergamot or lemon grass.
