There is a gal on u-tube that does a really nice GM lotion. She is Shock Family Farm. I already have done her recipe and it turned out beautiful....go have a look at u-tube....just type in recipe for goats milk lotion...or home made lotion.

Good Luck

I use a very similar recipe to the one in the video. LOVE IT!

You can use pretty much any recipe and replace part of your water with goat milk, just remember to make sure that your preservative you are using works well with goats milk.

Totally mystified by the claims made on that website about the products though. I assumed the UK was more strict than the US about medical claims.

And what did we learn today, boys and girls?

We learned that just because we like a fragrance A LOT does NOT mean we should put A LOT
into our lotion.

And what do we have now, boys and girls?

We have A LOT of creamy lotion perfume grossly over-scented with Jovan Musk scent.
An awful lot.

Totally agree Lindy - best to keep the % as small as poss as it's a real challenge to preserve.

Lotioncrafter have a recipe for GM cream - http://www.lotioncrafter.com/formulary/Goat_Milk_Cream.pdf

They use 1.1% ultrapasteurized, spray dried goat milk in the heated water phase however I would advise to put pheonip preservative (if you choose to use phenonip) in the heated water phase instead of the oil phase so it doesn't get partitioned - see page 12-14 here - http://www.slideshare.net/jimmmcelroy510/antimicrobial-preservation-overview
