Genco brand Olive Oil pomace - DOS?

So I've gotten DOS on a few of my batches in the past few months and I'm not sure why. I switched to the Genco brand from Amazon.com about six months ago and have it in my mind as the most likely culprit. Anyone have experience with this brand or if it's DOS prone? Other than that my only other idea is maybe the cardboard that I store my soaps on. They are just cardboard shipping boxes that I cut up and lined my storage shelves with.

Also, my recipe is pretty normal. Olive, coconut, palm and castor.

I'm not familiar with that brand. But does the oil smell or look off before soaping with it?

But it could be the cardboard if it's holding the moisture.
