I needed a quick & easy dish to take to today's pot luck. This is what I found & it was fabulous!
4 C canned peaches (drained)
1 C cottage cheeses
1 C whipped topping
1 box lemon jello
handful of pecan pieces
Disolve the jello into hot peach juice instead of water, fold in other ingredients & chill till firm. delish!
