It is not recommended because you don't have information on how much can be safely used in bath bombs.
It is also probably a much more expensive way to fragrance bath bombs that buying a fragrance from a bath & body supplier.
You can also use essential oils if you prefer.
Just remember to follow the guidelines on the the recommended amounts for your product type.
