Crumbly soap

Hey all! In general does crumbly soap mean something specific? Like too much water or cutting too soon? Help!

Crumbly soap could be from a multitude of things. If you post your recipe and your method of how you made it we can probably help troubleshoot. Some reasons: lye heavy, to many hard oils, waiting too long to cut, large water discount etc. The first think I would do is zap test it to see if it's lye heavy.
