In the latest Soap "Queen" book about milk soaps she has a kefir soap. I think she added 30% at trace. I'll look at lunch to confirm her method.

Double checked. 30% kefir added at emulsion and then bring to trace. She recommends putting it in the freezer to avoid scorching.
