Color Fading why?

Why does my colour fade i made some soaps about 4 weeks ago i check on them today and colour had faded why is this?

I have all my soaps stored in boxers in cool place

What did you use as a colorant & what did you scent it w/?

Used GM base with Lavender and non bleed purple colour oh and flowers :wink:

i never had good luck with any of the liquid colors. esp the blue and purples. they always faded. i switched to the oxides and mica powder colors and so far so good..... except when i sent with fo containing vanilla. then i use the vanilla color stabalizer in them.
