Cocoa Butter & Lard Recipe Help

I have a bunch of cocoa butter and lard, and want to use it in a recipe. If I throw in some PKF and Castor Oil, what can I do to make it a little more nourishing? I'm thinking of a base recipe something like this:

PKF = 10%
Cocoa Butter =30%
Lard = 35%
Castor Oil = 5%

I put in Olive Oil as the other 20% and it came out with a conditioning value of 51 but very low on the bubbles, more creamy. I'd probably up the castor to 10% and drop the OO til 15% as that brought up the bubble factor to 17, I think.

What kind of lather do you desire to have in your finished soap? More bubbly? More creamy?
