I purchased the 7 lb bottle of hemp oil from soaperschoice. Is it okay to freeze it in smaller bottles so it keeps longer? I'm afraid I can't use it up fast enough.

I currently have it in the fridge, but would like to freeze it if possible.

Yes, you can freeze those liquid oils. You don't even have to portion them out, as they do not freeze solid like the hard oils do.

I always freeze my hemp oil. I pop it right into the freezer when it arrives at my door. When I'm ready to use it I measure out what I need and put the bottle back in the freezer. By the time I'm ready to add it to my other oils it's at room temp (or close) so it doesn't drop the oil temp by much.

I freeze all extra oils to give them longer shelf life, I had not noticed the difference after freezing;) When I get 50 pounds of lard, of course I need to freeze it;)
