another batch

i had to do another 1/2 batch to try to overcome the 2 bad soap batches. did my favorite cocoa butter receipe as a funnel swirl and used spirulina powder for a nice dark green contrast and added some green tea fo i got from the soap dish that i wanted to try.

the recipe is
16% avocado oil
16% cocoa butter
31 % coconut oil
22% palm oil
15% olive oil

i was very careful and checked to make sure i added all my ingredients and measured carefully. i think i got a bit fast and loose before. that's how i make mistakes. i pitched the crumbly bars and i'm waiting on the soft ones to see if they ever firm up

Good for you rubato . I can't be in a rush making soap either (ask me how I know) and the more organized I am ,the better the soap making goes.But that's just me.

pix will be later today though i did 'peak' and this one has set up MUCH better than the others, more 'normally'. i have a feeling this will be better. it helps to add all of your ingredients in the correct amounts..... :wink:
