THanks so much for the reply...I seem to be fine with the finished product but when it gets into someone elses hands...if it does melt on them because they left it in the car or something or with the temps it has been around here just stepping outside...lol. When it cools it then becomes grainy...

I don't get ash and I use a third shea in my recipe but i do cover my log mold while it sets up so maybe that helps

I in no way want to discourage you selling your soap, its very lovely already..... but there are so many things that have to be worked out before you do. Like getting insurance, Licence, and here in Canada you have to send in your recipes for each product to Health Canada and get it approved...
