    My new soap labels

Hello all, I have been MIA for quite some time. I don't get to make soap that often anymore because of constraints with a full time job, and 2-3 hour a day commute, I'm just so tired most of the time. Anyway, I don't sell my soap, just gift to family, friends, and occasional coworker...

    Storing smaller batches of soap?

Recently I got the WSP silicone molds...the regular and the small silicone soap molds. They produce much smaller batches than my previous molds. I used to use plastic shoe boxes to store my soap, but that seems like such a waste of space to put these smaller batches in. Anyone have any...

My silicone mold came today for my salt bars but...

It's been raining on and off all day. I have to wait for the weather to clear up and the humidity to decrease before I can make salt bars....otherwise they will weep something awful. And this is supposed to be our dry season. :Kitten Love:

Individual molds for HP Salt bars?

For those of you who use individual molds for your salt bars, what molds do you use? I was thinking of getting some silicone molds for this, but don't know if they will keep their shape. I don't like using log molds because of the small window of time in which the soap needs to be cut.

what strength lye solution do you use for salt bars?

I made my first cp salt bars last night (I usually do hp) and they are sweating/weeping profusely. It's VERY humid here right now, which I'm sure is a contributing factor, but I think I used too much water. the salt was regular table salt, 100% of the oil weight. Someone had suggested to not...

Just wondering if anyone has tried it and what you thought of it? Is it really more gentle than other MP soap bases?
