    ok mr. gentelman, you are right. i did everything the same as always- same pots same lye dealer (new bag though), same temp. lye and oil at same temp. The only difference is the oil, i got it from a different guy. thinking that must be it...? but why would that happen?

    Hi, I am also soaping in hot/humid climate and had the same sweating problem. I am now curing the soap on racks, with 1 lightbulb on the bottom. i cover most of the contraption but leave enough gaps for air circulation and it is working great.
