I purchased a 50# box of beef tallow from Columbus Foods almost 2 years ago. It is unopened and has been stored in a bedroom. Should I toss it and get a new one? Or is it OK to use for soapmaking?

I use prime pressed cocoa butter, still has a slight chocolate scent. Love it. Was wondering if the soap quality (hard, moisturizing bars) is any better or worse if using Organic. Anyone have experience with it? How about skin benefits?

The difference between 3 and 4 is the label is a little smaller on picture #3, I just put up a #5 that I really think is cute.
