As a soaper I've tried all methods. Started straight in the deep end' jumped both feet in and made a cold process soap.. All though very basic using pomace oil and coconut milk Still turned out ok. Next tried the melt and pour . Which is very quick and easy and can get some great results...

I guys can you tell me what benefits there are if any. From mixing your lye & oils at room temp compaired to 110 to 120

Hi all Just wondering what your thoughts are with regard to a whipped piped topping to cupcakes. As anybody tried adding a conditioner or body butter or something to a hp soap and stick blending till smooth and trying to pipe with?

I've just made a sweet orange and hazelnut hp soap . It's turned out very once indeed. I spooned half into a separate jug and added the orange e/o and added the hazelnut to the other half. Had not trouble with oil burning . And smells amazing Sent from my iPad using Soap Making
