Wholesale Questions...

This may be one of those questions where the eyes will be rolling:crazy:...., but I am new to the world of wholesale:?....so, when dealing in wholesale accounts, do I have the right to ask the customer to retail the product for what I would retail it for?

I have seen more than one contract that says you may not sell said product for less then their retail.

Yes and no. Yes there are some big guys that create those types of contracts however if you do it you could limit your market. I don't make those types of rules but I do give a recommended retail price.....
